Cebu JournLaw is a database that comprises the law and jurisprudence affecting media and journalists and a record of incidents regarding violence, abuse, or harassment of journalists and their co-workers, with focus and emphasis on the Cebu experience.
The memorandum of agreement on this project was signed on June 28, 2012 by Cebu Citizens-Press Council (CCPC) vice president Sabino R. Dapat, Integrated Bar of the Philippines-Cebu City Chapter president Earl M. Bonachita, Integrated Bar of the Philippines-Cebu Chapter president Ferdinand A. Pepito and Cebu Media Legal Aid president Elias L. Espinoza during the during the CCPC’s 27th en banc meeting at the MBF Cebu Press Center in Sudlon, Lahug, Cebu City, Philippines.
