The gap will be a matter of minutes.

Jose Rafael Ferreros (March 15, 1944-January 6, 2017)

Jose Rafael “Junjo” Ferreros, founding member of the Cebu Citizens-Press Council, died of respiratory and cardiac failure at 8:18 a.m. today, Jan. 6, 2017, in Cebu City. He was 72 years old. A former senior assistant governor of Rotary International District 3860, Ferreros served the press council for 11 years.
